IMPORTANT: Covid-19 still poses a high risk to many of our guests, our staff, and their families. Therefore, even if you have received your full vaccine and booster, all guest procedures, including the wearing of a mask, remain in place.

Because massage therapy and esthetics work involve maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission, including COVID-19. As we have always been, we are committed to providing a clean and relaxing environment for your treatments. We recognize and wholeheartedly agree that life is not as convenient as it used to be, but we genuinely appreciate your willingness to help us make sure that the risk to our community is minimized as much as possible. If you have questions or concerns regarding our infection control protocols, please feel free to contact us.

To minimize possible transmission of contagions as much as possible, please do the following:

◊ All guests are required to wear a mask to enter our facility and to keep the mask on during treatment as services permit. (If you are receiving a facial or lip/chin wax, your mask may be removed during the treatment but must be worn before and after.) The mask must completely cover your nose, mouth, and chin. Please ensure proper fitting of your mask, so that it can provide proper protection and is not falling from your nose and mouth while speaking. Please keep your mask on at all times, even when your therapist is not in the treatment room. The Spa does not provide guest masks. No services will be performed if you arrive without a mask. Please ensure that you have your mask before arrival.

◊ Text or call (501) 350-0488 to let your therapist know you have arrived.

◊ To maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet, as well as to allow adequate time for cleaning and disinfecting the treatment rooms between sessions, all guests must wait outside until the scheduled appointment time. We ask that you please wait in your vehicle and not stand at the door to allow the necessary space for a guest who may be exiting the facility. Your therapist will open the door to allow you entry at the time of your session. Please note:

◊ Only guests who are receiving a service will able to enter the facility. This includes children; if they do not have a scheduled service, they cannot come inside. (If a minor is receiving a service, a parent or legal guardian is required to be in the treatment room.)

◊ Refrain from touching items such as retail products and décor items. Your therapist will be happy to assist with products.

◊ Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer prior to entering the treatment room.

◊ If paying with a debit or credit card, we have a hands free card reader. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

IMPORTANT:

Services will not be provided for anyone who is sick or showing signs of ANY illness, including a head cold and/or allergy symptoms. If you, or a member of your household or someone you spend time with, is sick or showing signs of illness, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. There are no cancellation fees for sickness. If you choose to knowingly arrive sick or with symptoms, including allergies, the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the services scheduled that day.

If you have had contact with someone known or suspected to be infected with Covid-19, whether it is a job-related or personal exposure, we cannot provide services until you have been free of all symptoms of illness for at least 14 days from the date you were with them, regardless of vaccination status and/or if proper PPE was worn at the time.
