Your session will begin with Thermo-therapy (heat) for the treatment area. Second, microcurrent therapy will be used to prep the tissues for deeper work by encouraging fascial adhesions to release. Next, a specialized oil will be applied. This oil has the perfect consistency, is great for nourishing the skin and giving it a healthy glow, and most importantly, is infused with thermogenic properties to help heat the tissue internally and enhance the treatment. In addition, it helps to burn fat and “melt” the tissue by converting stubborn fat storing cells into fat burning cells. Now, the FasciaBlaster tools will be used to begin "brushing" the tangles from the fascia. Next, the treated areas will be briskly massaged to help flush out old fluids and bring new blood and lymphatic fluid to deliver healing nutrients and extra oxygen to the tissues. Now, Green Power, a mechanical exfoliator with a unique blend of botanicals, will be applied for an optimum tightening effect on lackluster and sagging skin. Chronic Pain Relief

Fibromyalgia is a syndrome of chronic, invisible, widespread, and unpredictable pain. This treatment is designed to improve the central sensitization that is characteristic of fibromyalgia by providing a calming sense of safety, soothing touch, deep relaxation, and unwinding of the CranioSacral system. It is also ideal for any other chronic pain conditions or for anyone suffering from stress or anxiety.

 

This treatment features a body wrap with the Deep Moor mineral mud for its healing and anti-inflammatory properties. While you are resting in the wrap, you will receive Reflexology foot, scalp, and face massage and CranioSacral Therapy. By request, we've added some unique "just you" offerings to our service list. Sometimes it can be hard to achieve perfect peace and relaxation when at home. A spa treatment, whether therapeutic or relaxing, can definitely help with that, but these 15-minute sessions take it a step further. This time is just for you to enjoy alone - that's right, all by yourself. The dim lighting and tranquil music set the mood. As you lay on the heated treatment table, specially designed bolsters take pressure off the neck and back, while a weighted blanket provides gentle pressure, like a warm hug, that helps to calm the mind and body, creating an ease in stress and pain. During the Sleep After session, you have your choice of the weighted blanket or a KryoMat for inflammation-reducing cold therapy.

 

Take advantage of your time at the spa by adding one or both of these services to any treatment, or even schedule as a 30-minute stand-alone session if you just need some quiet alone time.
