Terms and Expiration

Gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of purchase. When booking your appointment, please have your gift certificate number handy and let us know you will be using at your appointment. If booking online, please enter the number in the notes section. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of service. We cannot redeem a gift certificate without the number that is listed on the gift certificate. Please understand that we have no way of looking up the gift certificate without that number. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the service total does not equal the full amount of the gift certificate, no cash will be given as change, but the remaining balance will stay on the gift certificate. The dollar amount on the gift certificate is good for any service we offer, regardless of any specific service listed on the gift certificate. However, gift certificates may not be used with any discount, offer, or promotion unless expressly stated on the gift certificate. Please note: Services and prices may change without prior notice. If your gift certificate is for a service or package that is no longer offered, the dollar amount will still be good. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of services. Gift certificates may not be used to purchase retail items. The gift certificate must be presented every time you use the certificate to redeem a service. Gift certificates are tracked by their unique ID numbers. To look up a gift certificate, to make a reservation, or to redeem the certificate, you must provide the unique ID number. Gift certificates must be kept in a safe place; without a Gift Certificate ID#, we cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. Appointments are subject to our cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the balance of the gift certificate. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice, a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service(s) may be deducted from the balance of the gift certificate. Failure to show up for an appointment without cancellation notice will result in the entire value of the scheduled services being deducted from the gift certificate balance.
