Welcome to my personal FasciaBlaster Challenge! As a Licensed Massage Therapist and fascia specialist, I help guests experience the benefits of fascia release every day here at Blue Diamond Body and Skin.

 

But I wanted to take this deeper—and see what happens when I commit to 12 consecutive weeks of FasciaBlasting myself.

TOOLS + TECHNIQUES

While FasciaBlasting is the primary focus, I’ll be layering in other tools and techniques to enhance results, creating an elite fascia restoration ritual that combines science, luxury, and daily discipline — a whole-body, multi-modality reset.

LISTENING TO MY BODY

As structured as this plan looks on paper, I’m approaching it intuitively. Some days my body may need extra attention, and on others it may ask for rest—or to shift focus entirely. I’ll let those cues guide me.

 

This isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency, awareness, and the ongoing conversation between fascia, nervous system, and self.
