- This pass entitles you to 5 Stay Cool treatments + 1 Anti-inflammatory Deep Moor Compress. upgrade for the back or for the feet per session.
- These passes can be purchased from August 23, 2024 thru September 23, 2024 and are valid for 35 days from the purchase date. Before purchasing, please make sure your schedule will allow time for you to attend all of your sessions.
- Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking your reservations at the time of pass purchase to ensure availability.
- Reservations can be made for Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You can book your sessions for once or twice per week. If booking twice in one week, you will need to schedule your first treatment on Monday and your second treatment on Saturday.
- Passes are non-refundable for any reason and non-transferable.
- If you do not attend all 5 sessions within the pass time-frame, any remaining sessions will be forfeit. They will not be refunded, and they cannot be scheduled for a later date.
- All reservation policies and terms apply. The pass will be used for the non-refundable booking fee for each session.
* Reschedule Terms: Sessions may be rescheduled for emergency reasons only, such as illness or severe weather making travel dangerous.
* Cancellation Terms: Canceled sessions will be forfeit. If you wish to schedule at a later date, the full non-refundable booking fee will be required as per usual booking terms.
* Failure to Show Terms: A failure to show will forfeit that session. It will not be refunded or rescheduled.
